Aloroba Mall, formerly known as Boulevard Almadina, underwent a significant transformation to become a modern destination where shopping becomes a luxurious experience that knows no bounds. Nestled in the heart of Al-Madinah, this premier shopping destination redefines the art of retail, seamlessly blending architectural grandeur with an exquisite array of high-end boutiques and premium brands.- The challenges: As it turned into its new glory, the mall needed various assistance that started from Enhancing the mall’s new brand image، Increasing footfall and customer engagement، Developing a modern and user-friendly website، Managing PR، and media interactions effectively.

– Our Solutions: DE implemented a comprehensive rebranding strategy, introducing Aloroba Mall with a fresh visual identity that reflected modernity and inclusivity. We then developed and modernized a user-friendly website for the mall, providing visitors with essential information, virtual tours, and an integrated online shopping platform to enhance the overall shopping experience. After that we turned to their PR and Media Management to formulate a proactive PR strategy, engaging with local media and influencers to highlight the mall’s unique offerings, events, and community involvement.
